My Journey
An MBA (HR) from SCDL, Pune and a Post Graduate in Anthropology from Lucknow University, I worked as an HR Professional. I have worked in various roles across India, UK and USA.
I love to interact with people and to help them realize their potential. As a Co-founder of TransformAhead, I bring rigor and process orientation.
Yoga is my passion. Our vision is to make Yoga as an offering under TransformAhead in near future.
My Yoga journey started nearly six years ago. I learnt yoga for my wellbeing. After practicing Yoga for a few years, I observed positive changes not only in my body but also in my thoughts.
This transformation made me want to take up Yoga teaching as a profession. I am trained in Ashtanga and Hathayoga approaches. I learnt Advanced Yoga from Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, an Institute which is recognized by AYUSH Department under Government of India. I have completed 200 Hours of Teacher Training course in Pune.
